Custom CRM development

A CRM shaped to how your team actually sells, instead of a per-seat product your team quietly stops updating.

Overview

The failure mode of bought CRM is not missing features. It is that reps stop entering data, because the process the tool insists on does not match how deals actually progress. Six months later the pipeline report is fiction, and forecasting is done from memory in a meeting.

We build the CRM around the process you actually run — your stages, your qualification criteria, your approval thresholds, your territory and commission rules — and remove every field that exists only because the vendor put it there. Data quality follows from the tool matching reality, not from telling people to try harder.

It also connects to the systems that hold the truth. Quotes reflect real pricing and stock. Invoices come from the accounting system rather than being retyped. Support history is visible on the account. The CRM stops being a silo, which is usually the reason the numbers never reconciled.

What this covers

The parts that matter.

  • 01

    Pipeline built on your stages

Your actual sales stages with entry and exit criteria, required fields enforced only where they matter, and a board view a rep can update in seconds from a phone between meetings.

  • 02

    Quoting, pricing and approvals

Configurable product and price books, discount approval thresholds with delegation, quote versioning and PDF generation, and margin visibility for whoever signs off.

  • 03

    Territories, teams and commission

Assignment and routing rules, hierarchy-aware visibility, split credit, and commission calculation that reconciles against what finance actually paid.

  • 04

    Activity capture without data entry

Email and calendar sync, call logging, and meeting notes turned into structured updates — so the record fills itself instead of depending on discipline nobody sustains.

  • 05

    Forecasting and reporting

Weighted pipeline, stage conversion and velocity, cohort analysis by source and segment, and one metric definition that every dashboard reads from.

  • 06

Integration with the systems of record

Bidirectional links to accounting, inventory, support and marketing, with reconciliation reports so the CRM and the ledger agree on what a customer is worth.

Questions

Before you ask.

Is building a CRM really cheaper than Salesforce or HubSpot?

Not always, and we will model it honestly over five years including maintenance. It becomes compelling at a large seat count, when your process needs heavy customisation that carries its own upgrade cost, or when the bought CRM has already failed on adoption.

Can you migrate our existing CRM data?

Yes, and the cleansing matters more than the moving. Deduplicating accounts and contacts, reconciling owner history and closing out stale opportunities are the slow part — we do it with parallel-run validation before cutover.

How do you get sales teams to actually adopt it?

By building around what they already do and cutting required fields to the ones that drive a decision. We interview reps before designing anything. Adoption is a design outcome, not a training problem.

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we are the right firm for the problem. If we are not, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
