Python is where our data engineering and applied-AI work lives. It is also where the largest gap sits between prototype and production: a notebook that produces the right answer once is not a service.
We take the prototype and give it what it needs to run unattended — packaging, dependency pinning, typed interfaces, tests, observability and a deployment path — without losing the model or logic that made it valuable.

Can you productionise our data team's notebooks?
Yes, for data and document workloads. Refactor into tested modules, pin dependencies, add typed interfaces and observability, then deploy behind a schedule or an API with monitoring. Note that we do not take on model training or computer vision work — we build on models that already exist.
Which Python version and tooling do you standardise on?
Current stable Python with uv or Poetry for dependency management, ruff for linting, mypy for type checking and pytest for tests. Reproducible builds are non-negotiable.
