Do we actually need Kubernetes?
Often not. We assess honestly against service count, team structure and portability requirements. Recommending against it is a normal outcome of that conversation.
Can you take over an existing cluster nobody understands?
Yes. We start with an audit — what is running, how it was deployed, what is exposed, what would happen on node loss — then bring it under GitOps so the cluster state matches a repository you can read.
