Fleet tracking and management solutions
GPS tracking, telematics ingestion, route optimisation and driver scoring — built for thousands of vehicles, not a demo of ten.
Fleet software is a data engineering problem wearing a map. A thousand vehicles reporting every ten seconds is nine million events a day, and the naive implementation — one row per ping in the same table you query for dashboards — falls over in month three.
We build the ingestion tier properly: a streaming pipeline that accepts telematics from mixed hardware, normalises vendor-specific protocols, handles the burst of buffered pings when a vehicle leaves a dead zone, and writes to storage designed for time-series volume rather than transactional workloads.
On top of that: live maps that stay smooth with thousands of markers, geofencing with entry and exit events, route optimisation against real constraints, driver behaviour scoring from harsh-event telemetry, fuel and idling analytics, maintenance scheduling by engine hours, and the compliance reports your regulator actually asks for.
The parts that matter.
- 01
Telematics ingestion at scale
Protocol adapters for mixed GPS hardware and OBD-II dongles, a streaming pipeline with backpressure, and time-series storage that handles millions of daily events without degrading the live view.
- 02
Live tracking and geofencing
Real-time vehicle positions with clustering and smooth playback, trip reconstruction, arbitrary geofence shapes, and entry, exit and dwell alerts routed to the right person.
- 03
Route optimisation and dispatch
Multi-stop routing against time windows, vehicle capacity, driver hours and live traffic. Dispatch boards, proof of delivery, and ETA updates pushed to the customer automatically.
- 04
Driver behaviour and safety
Harsh braking, acceleration and cornering detection, speeding against posted limits, idling analysis, fatigue indicators, scorecards and coaching workflows — with optional dashcam integration.
- 05
Maintenance and utilisation
Preventive maintenance scheduled on odometer or engine hours, fault-code capture, work order tracking, parts inventory, downtime analysis and true cost-per-kilometre reporting.
- 06
Fuel and compliance
Fuel card reconciliation against tank telemetry, theft and siphoning detection, emissions reporting, and the inspection and hours-of-service records your jurisdiction requires.
What you
actually receive.
Named artefacts, not a status report. Every item here is something you can open, run or hand to another engineer.
- 01Ingestion pipeline benchmarked at your projected vehicle count and ping rate
- 02Operations console with live map, alerts and historical trip replay
- 03Driver mobile app with job cards, navigation and proof of delivery
- 04Route optimisation engine tuned to your real constraints
- 05Reporting suite: utilisation, fuel, safety, maintenance, compliance
- 06Hardware integration layer for your chosen telematics vendors
Before you ask.
Do you supply the tracking hardware?
We do not manufacture hardware, but we integrate with the major telematics vendors and OBD-II devices, and we will help you evaluate suppliers against cost, coverage and protocol openness before you commit to a fleet-wide rollout.
How many vehicles can the platform handle?
We design for your projected peak and load-test against it before launch. The architecture — streaming ingestion plus time-series storage — scales horizontally into tens of thousands of vehicles.
Can this integrate with our ERP or TMS?
Yes, and it usually should. Trips, fuel costs and maintenance events belong in your financial system. We build the integration layer as part of the engagement rather than leaving you with another silo.
Tell us what you are building.
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we are the right firm for the problem. If we are not, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
