HRMS and HR software development
Custom HR platforms — onboarding to exit, with statutory compliance and an audit trail that satisfies a labour inspection.
Every HR product on the market encodes somebody else's policy. Leave accrual works one way, probation works another, the appraisal cycle assumes a calendar you do not use, and your actual rules end up maintained in a parallel spreadsheet that nobody trusts. That spreadsheet is the real system, and it has no access control.
We build the HR platform around your policy instead. Accrual rules, shift patterns, approval hierarchies with delegation, notice periods and confirmation workflows expressed as configuration rather than hard-coded assumptions — so when policy changes, the system changes with it instead of forcing a workaround.
HR data is also the most sensitive data most companies hold: salary, performance, medical, disciplinary, identity documents. Field-level access control, encryption, purpose-limited retention and a complete record of who viewed what are designed in from the start, because a leak here is a very different kind of incident.
The parts that matter.
- 01
Hire to onboard
Requisitions and approvals, candidate pipeline, offer generation, document collection with verification checklists, and a first-day onboarding flow that provisions accounts rather than emailing IT.
- 02
Attendance, shifts and leave
Biometric and mobile check-in with geofencing, roster and shift planning, overtime rules, holiday calendars per location, and accrual and carry-forward logic that matches your written policy exactly.
- 03
Payroll inputs and integration
Attendance, overtime, reimbursements, deductions and statutory components computed and handed to your payroll processor or accounting system, with a reconciliation report rather than blind trust.
- 04
Performance and development
Goal setting, review cycles with configurable forms and rating scales, 360 feedback, calibration views for managers, and a history that survives reorganisations.
- 05
Employee self-service
Mobile-first access to payslips, leave balances, documents, reimbursements and team calendars — because HR software succeeds or fails on whether employees use it without being chased.
- 06
Statutory and audit reporting
The registers and returns your jurisdiction requires, generated from the same data rather than assembled by hand, with lineage back to source records for an inspection.
What you
actually receive.
Named artefacts, not a status report. Every item here is something you can open, run or hand to another engineer.
- 01HR platform configured to your written policy, not a vendor default
- 02Employee and manager self-service on web and mobile
- 03Payroll input pipeline with reconciliation against your processor
- 04Field-level access control over salary, performance and medical data
- 05Immutable audit log of every read and change to sensitive records
- 06Statutory report pack generated from source data with full lineage
Before you ask.
Why not buy an off-the-shelf HRMS?
If your policies are conventional and you are willing to adapt to the product, buy it — it is cheaper and faster. Custom earns its cost when your rules genuinely differ, when you operate across jurisdictions with conflicting requirements, or when the shadow spreadsheet has already become the real system.
Do you handle payroll calculation itself?
We compute and reconcile the inputs and integrate with a licensed payroll processor rather than becoming one. Statutory calculation changes with legislation several times a year, and that is a maintenance burden you should not be paying a software firm to carry.
How is sensitive employee data protected?
Access is enforced per field, not per screen — a manager sees their team's leave without seeing salary. Sensitive columns are encrypted, every read is logged, retention is purpose-limited, and we can keep data resident in a specific jurisdiction where the law requires it.
Tell us what you are building.
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we are the right firm for the problem. If we are not, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
